ARTIST
I am primarily a landscape artist inspired by landforms, atmospheric light and the impact of ever changing weather on the environment.
My work is inspired by my experiences and observations, and developed intuitively. I concentrate on evoking an emotional response to my work. The viewers response to my imagery is of their own making, rather than me providing an overtly representational, closed, image.
My personal passion for dogs has also inspired me to develop a distinctive style in pet portraiture. Focussing on colour and character.
